La Galleria Enoteca Veneta was born in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene UNESCO hills, inside the historic stables of the Giovanni Battista Cerletti School of Oenology, a landmark in the history of Italian winegrowing.
The project took shape in 2010 with the restoration of the historic building that once housed the school’s stables. After a period of pause, it was brought back to life in 2018 through a shared initiative involving institutions, foundations and private entrepreneurs, opening a new chapter of growth, identity and vision.
Today, it is a contemporary restaurant and pizzeria, where tradition meets innovation. Carefully selected ingredients, local specialties and a cuisine that celebrates the region come together, from gourmet slow-rising pizza to traditional Venetian dishes creatively reinterpreted.
